In 1997, Boardumb Films Productions was founded by film-makers Zachary Morin and Zac Turney with the intention of creating an outlet for experimental films. Over the years we have grown into a small low budget production company. We have the essential for achieve quality production by using techniques, creativity, dedication and heart.

Boardumb Films Productions is trying to bring a new type of Independent film making to the Pacific Northwest. Our main goal for the future will be pursuing the idea of becoming a distributor of creative and experimental films.

Q: What made you decide to work in the film industry, and whats with the name?
A: Boardumb Films Productions began with a few friends in a small town who began to experiment with digital video. Our name was inspired by skateboarding and by always shooting our films out of boredom.

Q: What do you think about film festivals?
A: Film Festivals are a great way for any film-maker to get noticed in the film industry and a great way to network with other film makers. If you're worried about cost of a film festival, don't worry there are plenty of free film festivals and you can always show your work at local coffee shops, colleges or bars. Q: What type of equipment does your company prefer?
A: We prefer to use digital video equipment because it's cheaper and easy to work with.

Q: Where do you film?
A: Currently we're filming in the Seattle, Washington area.
